WINEMAKER’S NOTES

Rhubarb DRY highlights German Wine Rhubarb varietal, with tropical notes and the mildness of pear notes. A hint of Haskap adds to its complexity and roundness. This wine is made of pure estate fruit only, Rhubarb and Haskap, with no added concentrates, other fruit, flavouring or juices.

FOOD PAIRINGS/SERVING TEMPERATURE

This crisp dry wine is an excellent accompaniment to lighter meats and cheeses with the tangy umami complementing ham, chicken, whitefish, and egg dishes. Suggest prosciutto, tempura, whitefish and milder cheese. Serve slightly chilled.
