At this time, federal and provincial regulations only allow us to ship alcohol within Canada, and only to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Nova Scotia. For other provinces, please contact us directly for other options.
Please note that the shipping of orders may be delayed if extreme cold conditions exist at locations between the winery and the package destination. Affected customers will be contacted and will be kept up to date on the status of their order.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
We pack all our glass bottles in attractive top-of-the line plastic inserts or Styrofoam with corrugated cardboard boxes that exceed the industry standard for shipping glass bottles of wine. They stand up well to the expected handling that would normally occur. If you prefer another form of packaging, we can do our best to accommodate you. All our packaging is recyclable, and we encourage you to re-use or recycle. We only use new packaging to deliver your wine in the safest and most secure way possible. Damage will occasionally still occur. See Return Policy below.
HOW MANY CAN I ORDER?
How many bottles can I order at a time? Our shipping boxes and trays accommodate 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 bottles. Packages with odd numbers of bottles, such as 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11, can still be accommodated but 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 are preferred.
ORDER CHANGES
If you require changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us at beeandthistlewinery@gmail.com or (306) 747-1343. If the order has not already been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the modification.
SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, orders placed through our website can only be shipped within Canada but only to the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Nova Scotia, as mandated by provincial regulations. Please contact us directly for other options.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ and we strive to have them shipped within two business days of being received (adverse conditions exclusions).
Orders will only be shipped to individuals age 19 or older (age 18 in Manitoba).
RETURN POLICY
