WINEMAKER’S NOTES

ARGYLL was crafted with Saskatchewan’s finest Carmine Jewel cherries revealing their characteristic flavour and aroma. Only whole Cherries were used in the development of fine cherry wine. Notes of ginger on the long finish (no added ginger) and a unique crisp palate round out this balanced fruity wine.

FOOD PAIRINGS/SERVING TEMPERATURE

ARGYLL pairs well with chocolate, tiramisu, spicy Asian fare, and bbq pork.

This pleasant off-dry slightly sweet fruit wine is best served slightly chilled.
