WINEMAKER’S NOTES

Aged with Oak Chiad Fhion 2019 (look for the Aged with Oak circle) is an aged with oak staves version of our regular Chiad Fhion 2019 Haskap, enhancing the oaky note on the finish, with a hint of vanilla. It is a little less sweet, between Haskap DRY and semi-sweet Chiad Fhion, and delicate with slightly less alc/vol.

Aged 6 months in tank, 24 months in bottle. 

FOOD PAIRINGS/SERVING TEMPERATURE

Featuring a smokey tone, this flavorful Haskap wine pairs well with ribs, rich wild meats, succulent fowl and tender pork dishes. To accent the complexity, serve at room temperature.
