Completed Courses

Peter MacInnis, the winery’s CEO, participated in a Master Distiller Workshop in 2018, conducted by Prohibition University in conjunction with Urban Distilleries in Kelowna, British Columbia. The instructor at Prohibition University, Malcolm Bucholtz, has a M.Sc degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

In addition to the multi-day Master Distiller Workshop, Peter also completed the 1-day Gin Master Class. Peter recommends these courses to anyone wanting to learn more about spirits or those planning to open and operate a distillery.
